(1)“留学江苏”优秀人才遴选计划——现代高效园艺精英人才培养项目、江苏茉莉花奖学金和淮阴工学院校长奖学金不可以兼得；
(2)各类奖学金获得者每学期各门考试成绩必须达到60分以上（含60分），且遵守校纪校规；
(3)国际教育学院奖学金按年度评选，综合成绩优异者，可获得。

Notes:
(1) Applicants can only apply for TSP, Jasmine Jiangsu Government Scholarship or HYIT President Scholarship.
(2) Beneficiaries of the scholarships should pass 60 in every examination and no bad-behavior record.
(3) Excellent Study Scholarship of Overseas Students in SIE of HYIT is appraised and elected every year for those who have excellent grades overall.
